My Haunted Hotel is not a 3 star hotel. it is dark, it can be cold, you will need to bring your own towels and sleeping bag. the beds and bedding are in most rooms but cannot be garunteed as we are not a functioning hotel it is made for the overnight parnoarmal investigations only. Do not expect a good nights sleep.

Once your booking has been confirmed there will be no refund unless the event is cancelled.

The My Haunted Hotel building is covered by over 20 night-vision cameras. These will be recording the events of the night. By attending the event you agree that you waive all rights for your image to be used in the My Haunted Hotel branding and and in any future endeavor of My Haunted Hotel including the online episodes or being live streamed online.

Drugs or alcohol is not permitted at My Haunted Hotel. Guests believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event without refund.

Whilst the team have done their utmost to keep you safe from any spirits during your stay, in the event of any adverse effects caused by this you take full responsibility of your action in attending a night at My Haunted Hotel.

As a genuine paranormal investigation, any guest thought to be staging or faking any events during their night at My Haunted Hotel will be asked to leave without refund.

My Haunted Hotel takes place at night in an old building that is dark and cold. In the interest of health and safety we request that all guests bring a small torch and to wear suitable footwear and warm clothing.

Guests attend My Haunted Hotel at their own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or damage to personal belongings.

My Haunted Hotel operates a strict no smoking policy.

Due to the nature of the episodes and the number of bookings at the hotel, we can not guarantee anyone will be in an episode of My Haunted Hotel, the editors reserve the right to include or not include any part of your night.

By purchasing a ticket for My Haunted Hotel you hereby accept these terms and conditions and agree that the organisers are not legally liable for any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses related to or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person(s), or damage to any property involved in the event activities or premises.
